April Virtue: Trustworthiness
This month‟s virtue is trustworthiness. Trustworthiness means people can count on you to
do your best, to keep your word and to follow through on your commitments. Being
trustworthy means you do what you say you will do. When people trust you, they are
confident in your ability to be reliable. We earn the trust of others in what we say and what
we do.
“Trust is the glue of life. It's the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It's the
foundational principle that holds all relationships.” ~ Stephen Covey
