The students had a fabulous trip to the Telus Spark Centre today. They enjoyed exploring, discovering and experimenting at the many exhibits and displays.

We explored the water and experimented with floating.

The students used fishing rods with magnets to catch fish.

The students participated in a Mixing Liquids session.

The students performed 7 experiments which involved mixing liquids with ingredients from the
kitchen such as vinegar, baking soda and corn starch.

Ask me which experiment was my favorite and why.

Experimenting with ramps.

Ask me which one was the fastest.

Making music and bubbles.

Daniel and Royce were excited to make the balls float.

Many of the students wanted to climb up the huge slide but unfortunately no one was tall
enough.

We all had a wonderful day!

THANK YOU to our parent volunteer Mrs. Wigton who enjoyed the day with us.
If you would like to volunteer for our next field trip to the zoo, please talk to your child's teacher about filling out the required police clearance forms.
