We are very proud of the art work we did to complete our Five Patterns in Nature Quilt.

The Kindergarten students were taught the idea that anything in nature can be categorized into one or more of the five patterns in nature: spiral (a seashell), meander (ripples in the water), packing (grains of sand), branching (trees) and explosion (snowflake). Each student contributed a spiral design along with examples of two more of the  five patterns. Ask your child which patterns they did.
