For November's virtue we read Image result for i call my hand gentle and brainstormed
                                          how we can display gentleness
-gentle hands: no hitting, no grabbing,  don't take without asking,  play gently & touch gently
-gentle words: be careful, watch out, don't hurt with your hands, using  please and thank you
-gentle voice... ask me to show you
Amirah said, " If we learn slowly and gently, we get it right."

Character Corner:
We will practice the virtue of gentleness and show everyone how we can be gentle in different ways..
Character Corner School Council Please mark Tuesday, November 10th on your calendar. All parents are welcome! Attending meetings is a great way to stay in touch with what is happening in the school, how money raised from the casino fundraiser is being spent at the school and teachers present at each meeting. Meetings start at 6:30 pm.
November Virtue: Gentleness is acting and speaking in a kind, considerate way. It is using self-control, and considering other people‟s feelings. You can be gentle with people and animals in the way you treat them and the way you speak to them. You handle things carefully so they will not break or be hurt. Many things, like glass or pottery, are delicate and fragile, and feelings are the most fragile of all. When you think gentle thoughts, it makes the world a safer, gentler place.
